Mr. Koltay has a long history of fraud and criminal behavior and we are pleased to have been successful in our legal pursuit, especially given that the defendant has resorted to illegal activity, including harassment and libel, in his attempt to intimidate our company into dismissing this suit.

We feel that it is important to our business that we provide the following readily available internet links to explain the reason that we pursued this particular case and to correct some of the defendant's propaganda.  We hope that this background will both reassure existing clients whom he has emailed, and help potential customers evaluating NEIT Solutions make an informed decision regarding the quality, trustworthiness, and level of professionalism of our service.

At no time prior to the trial, had we published any information about Mr. Koltay, including his identity.
